SPH-2 firing table

Only the SPH-2 numerical firing table is used. No game artwork, map assets,
terrain datasets, or hosted CDN assets are included.
The high-arc table is sorted by distance, excludes the out-of-range 735 m
sample, and uses 620 MIL at the duplicate 2629 m plateau (610/620 MIL).
This is community reference data, not a guarantee of current game behavior.
